What We Do
Hardscape first. Everything around it, handled.
Walls and patios are what we're known for — and the same crew takes care of the seasonal work, the plantings and the lawn so it all belongs to one design.

Two things to lock in before the leaves drop
Fall clean up and permanent lighting schedules fill first. Get on the calendar now and both are handled before the weather decides for you.
Signature Service
Installed once. Lit beautifully all year.
Permanent architectural lighting hides in your rooflines by day. At dusk it becomes warm accent light — then full color for every holiday, controlled from your phone. No ladders, no annual install, no boxes in the garage.

About Grass Commander
Not a mow-and-go company. A craft company.
Founded in 2013 in Akron, Ohio, we are an A+ rated, BBB-accredited landscape design-build team that treats a backyard like a room worth designing.
Correct base depth. True joints. Healthy plantings. Sharp bed lines. A site left cleaner than we found it. That standard is why most of our work still arrives by referral from the neighbors who watched us build next door.
